CORN EXCHANGE

ONGOING

The recently completed transformation of ten retail spaces on the piazza of the historic Leeds Corn Exchange delivers a seamless fusion of period character and contemporary design. Units range from 80 sq ft kiosks through to 870 sq ft shopfronts, each optimised for flexibility and visual appeal.

A fully refurbished kitchen and restaurant area, framed by a newly landscaped central courtyard, offers an exceptional setting for a food and beverage operator seeking a high-profile city-centre location.

This upgrade forms part of a wider programme dedicated to preserving and enhancing the Corn Exchange’s architectural heritage while reinforcing its role as a vibrant destination for creativity, culture and independent enterprise.

The forthcoming phase will re-imagine the former Anthony’s Kitchen and Bar area into three bespoke retail units. Extending across the piazza, this next stage will enrich the public realm, improve circulation, and create fresh opportunities for independent businesses to thrive within this iconic landmark.
